On 25-26 May this year at the recreation centre ‘Metallurg’ in Bostonlyk district, team building was organised for the employees of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology.
Employees of the Ministry divided into 4 groups performed tasks of trainers, chose names for their teams, drew their symbols and flags, came up with slogans and took part in team competitions.
Such events strengthen the experience and skills of teamwork, and give an opportunity to cope with professional difficulties and stress.
