On 27 November 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 748 “On measures for the retraining and professional development of employees engaged in the mining industry and geology”.
The resolution approved the Regulation on the retraining and professional development of employees engaged in the mining industry and geology.
In addition, the document stipulates that the state institution “Institute for the Professional Development of Employees of the Mining Industry and Geology” is responsible for the retraining and professional development of employees in the sector and provides services on a contractual basis.
