Today, December 6, the Minister of Culture, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, participated in a scientific-practical conference organized by the Ministry of Defense on the topic “The Role of Culture and Art in Enhancing Patriotism and Dedication Among Military Personnel”. He also warmly congratulated the team of the Ministry of Defense’s Department of Spirituality and Culture on their new building.

**“Our great ancestor, Sahibkiran Amir Temur, in order to elevate the state to a high level, first and foremost paid great attention to the military sphere and the army, as is well known from historical sources. His perspectives on military science and life lessons will never lose their relevance.

In recent years, under the leadership of our esteemed President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, extensive reforms have been implemented in our country to strengthen defense capabilities, ensure the inviolability of our borders, and maintain territorial integrity.

These efforts also encompass noble goals such as fostering a sense of patriotism in military personnel and youth, and elevating their spiritual and intellectual potential, which deserves special recognition.

We aim for our young people to look up not to fabricated or fictional characters but to be inspired by the great figures of history, such as Jaloliddin Manguberdi and Amir Temur, and to grow into true patriots. This is the direction we pursue in the educational process as well,”** said Minister Ozodbek Nazarbekov during his speech.
