Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A seminar-training dedicated to improving the digital skills of sector employees and introducing modern technologies into work processes was held at the Ministry of Culture.

The event was organized in order to ensure the implementation of the “Artificial Intelligence Technologies Development Strategy” approved by Resolution No. PQ-358 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main focus areas included:

Optimization of work processes: saving time and increasing efficiency by using artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in the ministry’s activities.

Paid subscriptions and tools: developing skills for professional use of modern AI platforms purchased by the ministry.

KPI and performance: the level of mastering AI technologies has been defined as an important indicator in evaluating the performance of civil servants.

“Today, artificial intelligence is not just an interest, but an essential tool for increasing work productivity. Our goal is to teach our employees how to use these tools correctly and safely,” said the seminar speaker, Advisor to the Minister A. Nabiyev.

This training will contribute to improving the ability of employees of the ministry’s central apparatus to work with analytical data and develop creative approaches in their daily activities.
