Opening Ceremony of the "Golden Autumn" II International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival Held in the Capital

Yesterday, the opening ceremony of the 2nd "Golden Autumn" International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival took place at the Alisher Navoiy State Academic Bolshoi Theatre!
The event was attended by A. Tojiboyev, Director of the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic, R. Abdullayev, Director of the Union of Composers and Bastakors of Uzbekistan, A. Mansurov, Rector of the Botir Zokirov National Institute of Pop Arts, F. Yunusov, Director of the Maqom Art Center, D. Sheraliyev, Director of the Tashkent City Culture Department, as well as a number of People's Artists, art representatives, media representatives, and the general public.
Before the ceremony, A. Tojiboyev, Director of the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic, addressed the audience. He congratulated fans on another major event in the cultural life of our country and particularly emphasized the invaluable role of the "Golden Autumn" International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival in showcasing the classical music of Eastern and Western countries.
"The festival, organized to contribute to the development of classical music in our country, further develop friendly relations among leading international orchestras and performers, and ensure mutual creative exchange, not only discovers new names and shares new impressions but also represents a wonderful form of communication through music. Despite participants coming from various foreign countries, they all speak one language – the language of music. Precisely this aspect makes this festival a unique platform for cultural cooperation between different civilizations, peoples, and nations," stated the head of the Philharmonic.
Following this, the 2nd "Golden Autumn" International Chamber and Symphony Music Festival was declared open, and a concert by the Uzbekistan National Symphony Orchestra under the artistic direction of People's Artist of Uzbekistan Ismoil Jalilov was presented.
The program skillfully featured M. Tojiyev's "Festive Overture" and P. I. Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5. The concert, conducted by the international competition laureate Boburjon Qurbonaliyev, was met with applause from the audience.
The host of the concert, Honored Cultural Worker of Uzbekistan Inessa Gulzarova, introduced the audience to the festival program and provided unique commentary on the performed works by classical and contemporary composers.
