ATTENTION ANNOUNCEMENT!
Dear entrepreneurs and business people!

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” No. O'RQ-537 dated May 10, 2019, and the Cabinet of Ministers’ decision No. 259 dated April 26, 2020, “On Improving the Procedure for Implementing Public-Private Partnership Projects,” an initiative proposal and project concept for the reconstruction and modernization of the “Gafur Gulyam” recreation park branch, located in the TTZ-1 district of the Mirzo Ulugbek district, have been presented by the “Leader Everest” LLC.

Within the project, it is planned to reconstruct the cultural and recreation park, carry out major repairs, and improve its infrastructure.

To participate in the tender, entrepreneurs are required to submit their interest and tender proposals by December 1, 2024, by 18:00 Tashkent time.

According to Article 17 of the Law on Public-Private Partnership, if interest forms and tender proposals are received, the Ministry of Culture will organize a tender with the participation of the private initiative and interested third parties to identify a private partner for the project.
