The festival of national dishes of Surkhandarya was held in Sina

In pavilions decorated in the national style, the chefs visually demonstrated to participants the processes of preparing various dishes, cooking methods, customs, and traditions. The festival also featured the platform Eaten.uz, which promotes the development of gastronomic tourism and the widespread digital promotion of Uzbek national cuisine.
Guests of the celebration — foreign tourists, as well as visitors from various regions of our area and the republic — observed the preparation of Uzbek national dishes such as lepeshka (flatbread), patyr, samsa, tandoor kebab, and meat pilaf, tasted them, and gave high praise.
As part of the event, national games, folk competitions, and sports contests were also organized. These performances made a great impression on the audience.
At the end of the celebration, winners were announced in the categories of "Best Dish," "Best Chef," and "Chef Who Prepared the Most National Dishes," who were awarded diplomas, special statuettes, and commemorative gifts.
