1	Tourism	The departure (travel) of an individual from their place of permanent residence without engaging in activities related to earning income from sources in the country (or location) of temporary stay.
2	Tour Operator	a subject of entrepreneurial activity engaged in the development and promotion of a tourism product intended for mass and individual consumption on the basis of a license, as well as its sale to travel agencies and tourists.
3	Tourist	A person who travels to a country (or place) of temporary stay for a period ranging from 24 hours up to 12 consecutive months without engaging in activities related to earning income from sources in that country (or place) of temporary stay, or who stays overnight for at least one night in the country (or place) of temporary stay.
4	Guides	an individual who is a resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professionally trained to provide information and organizational services, familiarize tourists and sightseers with tourist resources in the country (place) of temporary stay.
5	Tourist route	axborotga oid va tashkiliy xizmatlar ko‘rsatish, turistlar va ekskursantlarni vaqtincha bo‘lish mamlakatidagi (joyidagi) turistik resurslar bilan tanishtirish uchun kasbiy jihatdan tayyorgarlik ko‘rgan, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi rezidenti bo‘lgan jismoniy shaxs.
