Information included in the list of confidential information list

1. Information about the personal data of an employee of the Committee, as well as his personal folder, personal cards in the form of T-2, entries in the work book, unless otherwise provided by law.
2. Information about the private life of employees of the Committee, information disclosing the secrets of his private life, unless otherwise provided by law.
3. Information, which in accordance with the law is a secret of the investigation and the court, access to information is limited.
4. Information about a service, the owner of which, in accordance with the law, restricts access to information.
5. Information constituting a commercial secret, access to information is limited in accordance with the law.
6. Information about the essence of the invention, utility model or industrial design prior to the official publication of information about them.

Information related to official secrets list

1. Information in official correspondence of the Committee, internal and external orders, telephone conversations, postal messages, telegrams and other e-mail networks.
2. Information about the mechanism of preparation, adoption and implementation of management decisions.
3. Information on the conduct, agenda and results of service meetings (except for cases when the meeting is held jointly with other organizations).
4. Information on the organization of the information technology protection system, hardware and software used in the Ministry to protect information in automated systems, basic information, their registration, storage, transmission and updating in the documents of the Ministry in order.
5. In the field of finance and economics: primary accounting documents of the Committee, salaries and bonuses of employees, accounting registers, financial statements.
