International all-season resort project "Beldersay-Chimgan-Nanai"

The project for the construction and commissioning of the international resort "Beldersay-Chimgan-Nanai" was developed by a consortium of French companies "Geode," "Manie" with the support of the French Foundation for Scientific Research and Assistance to the Private Sector (FASEP). "Livy," "Egis," "Patriarch," "Epode" (hereinafter referred to as the Consortium) developed a master plan for the creation of the international all-season resort "Beldersay-Chimgan-Nanai" (hereinafter referred to as the IAR) in Bostanlyk region. Its main goal is to develop entrepreneurship by increasing land value and enhancing investment attractiveness. This master plan provides for attracting investments of up to 500 million US dollars, taking into account funds from French government financial institutions allocated for the development of tourism, road transport and public infrastructure. The project consists of three stages. The first one provides for the creation of a seasonal resort in the Chimgan region. It is planned to develop tourism infrastructure, including the construction of suspension bridges, ski slopes and attractions, by allocating a preferential loan from France in the amount of 47.9 million euros. The launch of the first stage of the project is scheduled for December 2021.
