Malaysian university students explore Bukhara’s historical landmarks

On the first day of the program in Bukhara, the guests visited the Bahauddin Naqshband Memorial Complex, the Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa Palace and the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani. In the following days, they explored and filmed at the city’s historic center, including the Ark Fortress, Bolo Haouz Complex, Poi Kalyan Ensemble, Abdulaziz Khan and Ulugbek Madrasahs, the trading domes and Lyabi-Hauz Complex.
The group also filmed at the Chor-Bakr architectural complex, Chor-Minor, the Fayzulla Khodjaev House Museum and the Mausoleum of Abdulkhaliq Gijduvani, as well as in the ancient tourism village of “Kurgan.” The students also met with representatives of Bukhara State University.
After completing the program in Bukhara, the group continued its journey and departed for Samarkand.
