The scholarship is open to students interested in tourism, gastronomy, hospitality, and sustainable destination development.
Application process:
Step 1 – Online Registration: Open
Complete the application form;
Upload your passport or ID;
Receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Step 2 – Submit Your Application
Upload your CV;
Record a 2-minute video (in English or Spanish, depending on the selected course) introducing yourself and explaining:
your country and its tourism & gastronomy potential;
your interest in gastronomy;
your future goals;
how you will contribute to the development of gastronomy tourism in your country;
how gastronomy tourism can support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The video must be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, and the link included in your application.
Application deadline: September 11, 2026 (until 11:59 p.m. CEST)
