On the first day of the visit, the working group reviewed a presentation on the tourism potential of Bakhmal district and visited the Muzbulok mahalla in the Boykongirsoy area. Tasks were defined to develop 19 hectares of land based on a master plan, create a sanatorium and wellness zone, organize health services while preserving the natural environment, construct chalet-style cottages, and develop туристические trails.
The next site visited was the village of Boykongir, where the working group examined local living conditions and development opportunities. Taking into account guest-oriented households, agrotourism potential, and handmade traditional crafts, measures were identified to grant the village the status of a “tourist village.”
Another stop was the tourism complex in the “Amir Temur Gate” area of Gallaorol district, where tasks were set to enhance the operation of service facilities. In particular, entrepreneurs were encouraged to create mountain viewing platforms, develop a distinctive identity for the area, and establish tourist routes. The Committee expressed its readiness to support the implementation of these initiatives.
On the second day, the working group reviewed tourism and service facilities established along the shores of Aydarkul Lake in Arnasay district. Presentations were also delivered on the current operations and future visitor capacity of Aydar-Arnasoy Resort Complex LLC. In order to ensure year-round utilization of the complex and develop the Aydarkul shoreline under a unified concept, it was instructed to prepare a master plan covering more than 200 hectares. Based on this plan, the area’s potential will subsequently be presented to commercial banks, investors, and tourism organizations.
The next stop was the Lolazor mahalla in Zafarabad district, encompassing mountainous and lakeside areas of Aydarkul. Plans were outlined for the phased development of a tourism complex in 2026–2030.
In addition, tasks were set to develop proposals for improving road infrastructure and extending electricity networks to this area.
