International Media Campus in Uzbekistan — a new perspective on the country through the eyes of global bloggers and media!

Venue: CAEX complex (main stage), within the framework of the Tashkent International Tourism Fair.
The Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan aims to organize an international media campus with the participation of foreign bloggers, journalists, and representatives of leading global media.
The event is designed to further promote the country’s tourism potential, generate new content about Uzbekistan, shape a modern international perception, and strengthen cooperation with global media.
The goals of the media campus include creating new international visual and textual content about Uzbekistan, promoting the country’s tourism image on global media platforms, establishing long-term partnerships with bloggers and media outlets, inspiring content creators to develop new projects about Uzbekistan, and forming a positive international narrative about the country.
Participants will visit four key tourist destinations of Uzbekistan: the cities of Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva.
During the press tour, bloggers will produce photo, video, and written content, sharing their impressions with their international audiences.
The culmination of the media campus will be the media forum themed “Uzbekistan Through New Eyes: Creating Stories That Inspire the World.”
The forum will bring together media professionals, influencers, and experts to discuss modern approaches to creating engaging content, storytelling, photo/video production at cultural and historical sites, new trends on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, the role of bloggers in shaping a country’s image, and opportunities for international media projects and collaborations.
The program includes an opening and a Keynote speech (delivered by a representative of the Committee), as well as panel discussions — “Creating Engaging Stories: From City Streets to Ancient Sites” and “Spotlight Talks by Bloggers: How to Make Uzbekistan Go Viral,” featuring international and Uzbek bloggers.
The media campus and the forum serve as important steps in the global promotion of Uzbekistan as a vibrant, welcoming, and modern tourism destination.
