Today, on October 8, the Minister of Culture, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, received Rifat Fattakhov, the Director of the R. Vagapov Tatar Cultural Foundation.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on cultural cooperation between the two nations and the work carried out in this area.

Also, at the proposal of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, views were exchanged on sending representatives of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Kazan to the IV International Festival of National Cultures "Russia-East" ("Eastern Bazaar in Kazan"), which is expected to be held in Kazan from November 12 to 22 of this year.
