Dear Minister,
Dear Secretaries-General, Presidents,
Dear representatives of science, culture, and art,
Dear guests!
It is a great honor and immense pleasure for me to be with you at such a meaningful forum held in Uzbekistan — the cradle of science and culture of the Turkic world, distinguished by its rich history, civilization, and ancient wisdom.
The 1st Turkic World Culture Forum, organized in 2023 in Shusha, the pearl of Karabakh, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, once again vividly demonstrated the power of our shared culture and the potential of our cooperation.
Today, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan, hosting the second phase of this prestigious forum is a bright expression of the stability and continuity of our cultural solidarity.
In this regard, I express my deep gratitude to the members of the TURKSOY Permanent Council and all esteemed ministers who decided to hold the Forum annually in one of the TURKSOY member states.
As the TURKSOY organization, throughout more than 30 years of activity, we have considered the preservation of the common identity of the Turkic world through art, language, literature, and music as our most important duty.
This forum is not only a cultural meeting but also a symbol of a civilization concept formed on the basis of shared values and of our common goals striving towards the future.
Uzbekistan — historically a land of great thinkers, poets, and philosophers — has been at the center of the Turkic-Islamic civilization. Eminent scholars from Alisher Navoi to Imam Maturidi, from Bahauddin Naqshband to Abu Rayhan Beruniy, have shown us the path of sound thinking and high morality.
Today, we are not only remembering this rich heritage but also taking responsibility for conveying it to future generations.
Dear participants!
The Turkic World Culture Forum is an important platform that unites artists, writers, scholars, and cultural figures from various countries, creating a foundation for the birth of new ideas that will serve to shape our cultural policy.
At this point, I would like to express my sincere gratitude in advance to all the speakers who are contributing to illuminating our future with their ideas and perspectives.
Dear brothers and sisters!
Wishing for the successful conduct of the Forum, I express my deep gratitude to the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan, which welcomed us with great hospitality, and to all the institutions that actively participated in organizing the event.
In Turkic culture, every pattern holds a special meaning. Patterns on ceramics and carpets, musical compositions — all of these are not only examples of art but also symbols of identity, history, and values.
The aesthetics and depth of Turkic culture are not merely visual beauty that pleases the eye, but have become a universal language uniting all humanity.
This language expresses the beauty within the human heart, and our culture transforms this universal language into our common cultural space.
In today's complex and uncertain world, there is a striving for balance. The answer to this search lies hidden in the ancient cultures of the past. Turkic culture embodies the necessary key for humanity to live together and build upon shared values.
To take confident steps towards the future, we rely on the inner beauty, harmony, and aesthetics in our hearts. The culture we have preserved is a source of hope for all humanity.
Our roots are one, and our future is shared.
May our unity endure, and our culture live forever!
Thank you for your attention.
