Dear fellow citizens, representatives of government institutions, businesses, and the general public!
Every book is an ocean of knowledge. Through books, we not only enrich our knowledge but also broaden our perception and understanding of the world. A book is a valuable heritage, and sharing it is one of the noblest qualities of a person. For this reason, the Ministry of Justice is launching "Ziyo Ulash" corners at public service centers across the country to promote spirituality and develop a culture of reading.
About the "Ziyo Ulash" Initiative
Book-sharing is a culture of freely exchanging books. Each of us has the opportunity to share the books we have read, inspire others to seek knowledge, and engage in mutual learning.
To popularize this culture, the Ministry of Justice launched the "Ziyo Ulash" campaign in 2024. In the initial phase, justice system employees voluntarily donated books they had already read. More than 200 neighborhood libraries have been established throughout the country using these books. Now, the project is moving to a new phase to involve the wider public in this initiative.
The Goals of This Initiative:
- Promoting a culture of reading,
- Strengthening unity and mutual respect in society,
- Encouraging the younger generation to be eager for knowledge.
Your Participation Matters!
We invite everyone to join this noble initiative. You can become a part of the "Ziyo Ulash" campaign in the following ways:
- Donate Books: Bring books you have read but could still benefit others to the "Ziyo Ulash" corners at public service centers.
- Encourage Others to Support the Initiative: Invite your friends, colleagues, and other government employees to participate.
- Promote the Initiative: Tell your loved ones about the benefits of "Ziyo Ulash", and share information about it on social media.
We also call on all government employees and leaders to actively support this initiative. Promote "Ziyo Ulash" corners in your organization, share books you have finished reading, or donate new ones. These books will not only be freely accessible to others but will also be collected and distributed to low-income and socially vulnerable families.
Developing a reading culture is a great mission that requires the unity of the state and society. Let’s share knowledge together and contribute to enhancing the intellectual potential of our people!
Join us – let's share knowledge!
