Yesterday, the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Bahodir Ahmedov, paid an official visit to the Andijan and Fergana regions.
During the visit, preparations for International Women’s Day (March 8) and the Navruz national holiday were reviewed. The trip aimed to identify and support young creative talents in the fields of culture and arts, create a favorable creative environment, and discover new talents.
As part of this effort, "Uzbekkonsert" State Institution, the Maqom Ensemble, and the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic Society’s regional branches in Andijan and Fergana were visited to assess their festive programs, including performances by young local talents and folklore groups.
Additionally, the Deputy Minister reviewed several artistic performances at the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic Society.
