From December 17-20 of this year, short-term professional development courses were organized for employees of the Ministry of Culture's system organizations at the Pedagogical Staff Retraining and Qualification Enhancement Network Center under the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture.
These courses were aimed at enhancing the professional skills of regional leaders and employees in the cultural field and ensuring that they acquire practical knowledge and skills at the level of modern requirements.
On December 20, a certification ceremony was held for the graduates of the professional development course for regional cultural officials working in local cultural authorities.
The goal of these professional development courses was to improve the professional skills of 58 regional leaders and reserve personnel working in the cultural field, ensuring they acquire practical knowledge and skills at the level of modern demands. The courses were conducted at a high level.
The lessons were conducted in an atmosphere of active discussions and exchanges of views. The participants had the opportunity to receive reasoned and detailed answers to their pressing questions.
At the conclusion of these short-term professional development courses, 57 successful participants were awarded certificates, approved by the Minister of Culture, which were presented by the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Bahodir Ahmedov.
