Currently, short-term professional development courses are being held for employees of the Ministry of Culture's system organizations at the Pedagogical Staff Retraining and Qualification Improvement Network Center under the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture.
These courses are aimed at enhancing the professional skills of regional leaders and reserve staff working in the field of culture, ensuring that they acquire practical knowledge and skills that meet modern requirements.
The first lesson of the course focused on "Performance Discipline and Digitalization," led by Deputy Minister of Culture Murodjon Majidov, and also covered the procedures for providing paid services under contract, as well as the correct and effective use of budget and extra-budgetary funds, conducted by Deputy Minister Yusufjon Usmonov.
The session proceeded with lively discussions and exchanges of opinions. Participants had the opportunity to receive well-founded and detailed answers to the pressing issues that interested them. These professional development courses are an important step in enhancing the professional potential of regional cultural organizations' leaders and employees and contribute to ensuring quality and effective management in the cultural sector.
These short-term courses are scheduled to continue until December 20 of this year.
For reference, these short-term professional development courses are being implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Culture's order No. 603, dated December 16, 2024, on "Enhancing the Professional Competencies of Leaders and Employees of Regional Cultural Organizations."
