At the initiative of our country's leader, it has become a tradition to inaugurate new buildings that contribute to the socio-economic well-being of the population on the eve of widely celebrated holidays. Accordingly, on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the cultural center in the "Kushon" mahalla of Kosonsoy district in Namangan reopened after renovation.

The opening ceremony of the institution was attended by the head of the regional department of culture, Z. Sarimsakov, the chairman of the district branch of the "Nuroniy" foundation, O. Qoriev, residents of the mahalla, and representatives of the broader public.

For reference: the building of the 17th "Khushvaqt" cultural center was fully reconstructed on the basis of a public-private partnership.
