Currently, in the capital, the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater is holding the premiere of the drama "The First Swallow," based on the novel "Ma’suma" by Isajon Sulton, dedicated to the 110th theatrical season of the theater.

Before the premiere of the play, Deputy Minister of Culture Murodjon Majidov took the floor and highlighted the invaluable role of the Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater in raising the cultural level of the population and bringing Uzbek theater art to the international stage. In particular, he noted the high-quality productions staged in recent years, such as "Jaloliddin Manguberdi," "Season of Justice," "Starry Nights," "Usmon Nosir," "Cholpon," "With Loyalty..." and "War People," as clear examples of the theater’s achievements.

Additionally, to further enhance the status and prestige of the theater in the field of culture and arts, support its long-term fruitful activity, and demonstrate the work of mentors as an example to young specialists, the Deputy Minister of Culture presented the "Culture and Art Devotee" medal to several individuals: renowned actor and troupe leader Botir Mukhammadjanov, the theater's chief accountant Zumrat Sharipova, head of the sewing shop Hasan Islamov, head of the wood carving shop Askardjan Kazakbaev, and head of the painting shop Narzulla Habibullaev.
