Yesterday, a report concert was held at the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic and the Uzbek National Maqam Arts Center regarding the 9-month activities of the Sirdaryo regional branches.

The meeting was attended by a working group led by the First Deputy Minister of Culture, Bahodir Ahmedov.

The working group thoroughly reviewed the reports of the branches and concert programs. After that, a discussion with creative and operational staff was held, and the issues arising during the activities were analyzed.

During the visit, a meeting between the leadership and youth was held. The agenda included the search for talented young performers, providing them with ample opportunities to showcase their talents at national events, organizing foreign tours for creative youth, and large-scale efforts in the development of music and the arts. About 120 young people attended the "Leader and Youth" meeting.

"Our main goal in visiting regions and communicating with talented young people is to find tomorrow’s stars like Uzbekistan Hero Munojot Yo'lchiyeva, People's Artists of Uzbekistan Farroukh Zokirov, Yulduz Usmonova, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Yodgor Sa'diyev, Yoqub Ahmedov, and musicians like Abdukhoshim Ismoilov, as well as People's Artists Abdurashid Abdulahadov, Abdurahmon Kholtodzhiev. We are looking for their successors so that tomorrow we can showcase your talents. For this, you must work on yourselves and showcase your creativity. Don’t be afraid to step onto the stage, this stage is yours, and you will stand shoulder to shoulder with professional artists. Following the "Master – Apprentice" tradition, showcase your talent. We, the Ministry of Culture, are here to support you," said Bahodir Ahmedov.

At the meeting, organized in a critical and analytical manner, the youth not only demonstrated their talents but also received sufficient answers to the questions they were interested in.

Afterward, within the framework of the national project "Green Zone," a tree planting ceremony was held at the regional musical drama theater. A tree was planted by Bahodir Ahmedov, the First Deputy Minister of Culture, as a tribute to the event.
