Yesterday, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev became familiar with the presentation on improving the quality of music, physical education, and military-patriotic education in schools.
After the presentation, an online meeting was held with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Culture Avazkhon Tadjikhanov and Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education Farhod Boqiyev, where measures to reform the sector based on a targeted program were discussed, as well as the draft of the President's resolution "On the fundamental improvement of the teaching of the subject 'Music Culture' in general education schools and the development of the professional activities of music culture teachers."
The meeting was attended by the heads of the regional departments of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
