Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Culture dedicated to the content, essence, and significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ-970 "On Creative Economy," dated October 3, 2024. The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture Avazxon Tadjikhanov, heads of relevant departments of the central office of the ministry, and theater directors.

During the meeting, opinions and suggestions from industry representatives were heard and actively discussed with representatives of relevant ministries and agencies to incorporate them into the strategy and state program for the development of the creative economy by 2030.

Additionally, discussions covered the effective organization of the creative industries park, directions for state support of the creative economy, and educational support in the field of creative economy. The importance of these initiatives in the theatrical sector was also elaborated.
