Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Culture Murodjon Majidov reviewed the activities of cultural institutions in Tashkent region.
During the inspection, the implementation of the President’s directives in the field, as well as the execution and compliance with resolutions PQ–406, dated December 25, 2023, "On Measures to Further Improve Cultural Services for the Population," and PQ–405, "On Additional Measures for the Protection, Scientific Study, and Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritage," were assessed at the local level.
Additionally, he visited children's music and art schools to evaluate their preparations for the autumn-winter season, the strengthening of material and technical resources, and the progress of construction, renovation, and equipment installation at facilities in need of repair.
Following the review, a critical and analytical discussion was held, and relevant officials were given specific instructions.
