It is well known that in recent years, numerous decrees and resolutions have been adopted to ensure gender equality, support both women and men, help families find their place in society, and create favorable conditions for them.
To ensure the implementation of these tasks, a roundtable discussion on "The Role of the Modern Woman in Public Administration and the Opportunities Created for Them" was held today, September 27, at the Ministry of Culture.
The event was attended by Shavkat Ortiqov, Advisor to the Minister of Culture on the State Language; Oynisa Musurmanova, Deputy Director of the Family and Gender Scientific Research Institute under the Republican Committee on Family and Women, leader of the Republican "Oqila Ayollar" movement, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, and Professor; Farida Abdurahimova, Head of the "Strengthening Family Values and Family Psychology" Department at the Family and Gender Scientific Research Institute under the Republican Committee on Family and Women, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, and Associate Professor; Zebuniso Ahmedova, psychologist, psychotherapist, and Director of the "PsixoMed24" clinic; as well as female employees from the central apparatus of the Ministry of Culture, institutions in Tashkent, and regional studios.
