The project of reconstruction and equipping of the cultural center and the use of the building

Dear entrepreneurs and businesspeople!
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership" O'RQ-537 dated May 10, 2019, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Improving the Procedure for Implementing Public-Private Partnership Projects" No. 259 dated April 26, 2020, the initiative proposal and project concept for the reconstruction, equipping, and utilization of the cultural center located in Oltinko‘l MFY, Mingbuloq district, Namangan region, by the company "DAVRONBEK MUHAMMADALI" under public-private partnership conditions, has been submitted.
As part of the project, it is planned to reconstruct and equip the cultural center, as well as establish modern clubs, educational courses, and a hall for cultural and recreational events.
To participate in the tender, entrepreneurs must submit their interest declarations and tender proposals by 18:00 Tashkent time on October 28, 2024.

According to Article 17 of the Law on Public-Private Partnership, if interest requests and tender proposals are received, the Ministry of Culture will organize a tender with the participation of the private initiator and interested third parties to identify the private partner for the project.
