Greetings to the esteemed participants of the event!
Dear colleagues!
To all my dear friends who have been eagerly waiting for this unforgettable and exciting moment for so long!
Finally, the day has arrived!
Believe me, my excitement right now is no less than yours.
Dear participants of the event!
First of all, I sincerely congratulate you on the 33rd anniversary of our country's independence.
We are all incredibly happy that this year's celebration has brought a double joy, which will remain in your memories as a sweet recollection for a lifetime.
We all understand very well the immense importance of having a home in one's life.
Both the good and bad days of a person, their growth as an individual, the fulfillment of dreams and aspirations, and the continuity of traditions and values are directly linked to having a home.
Especially for our people, when a child is born, they strive to give everything so that their child has a small home, and that they will live in peace and contentment.
In their prayers, they wish for this too.
Of course, life is complex. Especially, those of our colleagues here, who live in the great capital city and have their own homes, understand better than others how difficult it is to settle and find stability.
Moving from one rented place to another, depending on the whims of the landlord, unexpectedly being "evicted," and living in constant uncertainty...
Meanwhile, children are growing up... It is a very complicated time.
In such times, sometimes a friend or relative may invite you to their home.
However, after three days or a week, it’s likely you will start feeling uncomfortable.
During these times, you know best what you are going through.
We also feel the emotional experiences of cultural and art workers who have lived in the family dormitory near Hadra Square in our capital, experiencing several inconveniences and always dreaming of having their own home.
Many of our colleagues, mentors, have gone through these stages. Today, they are living in blessed homes, witnessing the fulfillment of their dreams.
I wish that everyone experiences such days.
Dear friends!
In a social state, when we speak of human dignity, we primarily mean ensuring citizens have the necessary housing.
In this regard, our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, from the early days of his presidency, set the task of providing housing for the people as a top priority.
In the past 7-8 years, an unprecedented number of residential buildings have been built in Tashkent, sharing joy with countless families.
Among such happy families, today it is a great honor for us to hand over the keys to your own homes in a ceremonial manner.
At this point, I would like to touch on one important matter: when housing is provided to cultural workers or privileges are granted, there is often a lot of gossip and negative reactions.
This is, of course, the talk of people who are unaware of the field. In fact, not all workers in the sector have the opportunity to earn additional income by providing services at weddings or other events. This needs to be understood correctly.
There are many dedicated individuals who have been living for years in dormitories and rental homes, getting by on their salaries.
They continue working because they love their profession and have a passion for it.
We are fully supportive of them and will continue on this path. This is the policy of our country today.
Taking this opportunity, I sincerely congratulate the new homeowners.
May your homes be filled with happiness!
May your dreams come true! Have celebrations!
May you find blessings in your profession!
You truly deserve it!
