Within the framework of the 3rd International "Lazgi" Dance Festival held in Khiva, the First Deputy Minister of Culture Avazkhon Tadjikkhanov familiarized himself with the activities of the Puppet Theater in Khiva. During the visit, the theater's material and technical base, stage equipment, existing repertoire, and the work of the creative team were thoroughly examined. Special attention was also paid to the quality of performances intended for children and youth, their educational significance, and ways to expand the audience. Avazkhon Tadjikkhanov held a conversation with the theater's team, listening to existing problems, suggestions, and initiatives. In particular, views were exchanged on creating new stage productions, introducing modern technologies, and supporting creative projects. Relevant recommendations were also given regarding the implementation of innovative approaches to theater operations, attracting young talents, and helping them realize their potential. At the end of the visit, specific tasks were outlined for further developing the puppet theater's activities, strengthening its material base, and enriching its repertoire.
