In our country, a system of working with youth has been established based on the principle “from mahalla to ministry,” creating a structured framework of “mahalla–district–region–republic,” and introducing the practice of working individually with each young person based on the “youth balance.”
Recently, a meeting was held with young people assigned to the Ministry of Culture in 2026, included in the “youth balance,” and requiring special attention.
The meeting was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Culture, youth leaders from citizens’ assemblies of mahallas, and young participants.
During the meeting, the existing problems, proposals, and employment needs of young people were thoroughly studied. In addition, cooperation was established with mahalla youth leaders, and a roadmap was developed to address youth-related issues.
