The new complex will be located in a picturesque suburban area on the banks of the Siab River and will combine hotel complexes, national cuisine restaurants, handicraft workshops, souvenir shops, cultural and entertainment zones, as well as landscaped walking routes. The architectural design will preserve the traditional style of Samarkand craftsmanship, while special attention will be given to ecological standards during the landscaping process.

In the handicraft workshops, visitors will have the opportunity to observe the process of creating ceramics, silk carpets, metal chasing, wood carving, and miniature painting. Interactive zones are also planned, where tourists can try their hand at traditional crafts under the guidance of skilled artisans.

It is expected that Konigil-2 will become a new tourist hub, contributing to the growth of visitor flows to Samarkand, the creation of new jobs, and the strengthening of the region’s tourism infrastructure.
