The capitals of Uzbekistan and France discussed cooperation in the field of tourism

As part of one of Europe’s largest international tourism exhibitions — IFTM Top Resa, held in Paris — a delegation from the Tashkent city administration held negotiations with representatives of the Paris Tourism Department.
The two sides discussed in detail the prospects for further development of mutual cooperation, exchange of experience in the tourism sector, and the implementation of joint projects.
During the talks, special attention was given to the topic of a gastronomic festival planned to be held in Paris. The main goal of the festival is to widely promote Uzbek national cuisine at the international level and to introduce French and other foreign audiences to the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
This initiative will contribute to strengthening Uzbekistan’s position on the international tourism market and the global gastronomic map, as well as deepening bilateral cooperation.
