The film crew's trip to the tourist and historical sites of the Uzbek cities of Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara was organized by the Tourism Committee in collaboration with the Embassy of our country in Russia.
In one of the stories, Russian viewers are invited to immerse themselves in the world of Uzbek cuisine and explore the traditions of cooking the legendary dish - pilaf. It is noted that each region has its own unique recipe, and among the most popular are the Tashkent wedding and the royal Bukhara ones.
The program also covers the process of making carpets and paper in Uzbekistan. The journalists visit workshops where only natural dyes are used to create unique items that can last up to two thousand years. Viewers are told how much gold is contained in modern threads, and also why only men were allowed to do gold embroidery in the past.
Tourism in Uzbekistan is actively developing due to improvements in infrastructure and the promotion of the country’s cultural traditions. In recent years, conditions for foreign tourists have significantly improved, and the process of visiting the country has been simplified. These measures contribute to the growth of tourist numbers, positively impacting the economy.
