The info tour participants got acquainted in detail with the activities of the Zaamin tourist and recreational zone, its tourism potential, existing opportunities and planned international projects.

In particular, over the course of two days, tour operators and media representatives received information about the activities of the Zaamin airport, modern hotels operating under the WYNDHAM brand in the Zaamin tourist and recreational zone, the 2,600-meter-long “Zomin Ropeway”, the “Zomin Wellness” health center, chalet-type houses, as well as a 305-meter-long and 150-meter-high suspension bridge known as the “Bridge of Happiness” - the only such bridge in Central Asia.

It should be noted that at present, the Jizzakh region, due to its favorable geographical location, mountains, hilly areas, lakes, beautiful nature, architectural monuments and national cuisine, attracts both local and foreign tourists, making a worthy contribution to the accelerated development of tourism in Uzbekistan and an increase in the number of travelers visiting the country.
