At the championship in Jakarta, young Uzbek chef Shokhruz Ibragimov secured an honourable third place in the “Uzbekistan’s Best Young Chef of the Year” category.

This achievement marks an important step in promoting Uzbekistan’s culinary traditions internationally and showcasing the country’s potential in gastronomic tourism.
