From 13 to 19 October this year, the consulting team is holding meetings and working discussions with relevant ministries and agencies on urban planning, strategic planning and tourism development.
During the meeting, responsible officials and specialists from the Tourism Committee provided the consultants with the necessary information and put forward proposals and recommendations on improving regional tourism infrastructure, attracting new tourist flows and implementing master plans in stages.
Cooperation between the Tourism Committee and international experts is expected to help unlock the tourism potential of medium-sized cities and remote districts across Uzbekistan while contributing to improvements in the quality of life of local residents.
