On the first day of the exhibition, the opening ceremony of Uzbekistan’s national pavilion was held. Particular emphasis is being placed on promoting the country’s tourism potential internationally, strengthening Uzbekistan’s image as an attractive tourist destination, and developing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners.

The national pavilion brings together 16 Uzbek tour operators and representatives of Uzbekistan Airways. On the first day alone, approximately 400 B2B meetings were held with foreign tour operators, travel companies and other tourism industry representatives. These meetings provide favourable opportunities to establish new business contacts, increase tourist arrivals in Uzbekistan and reach promising cooperation agreements.

The national pavilion also features promotional materials, videos showcasing the country’s tourism opportunities, and examples of traditional Uzbek handicrafts. Visitors and exhibition participants can learn more about Uzbekistan’s rich historical and cultural heritage, national traditions, cultural values and modern opportunities for tourism development.

Uzbekistan’s participation in TTG Travel Experience 2026 is an important step towards strengthening the country’s position in the international tourism market, attracting more international visitors and further expanding tourism cooperation with Italy and other countries.
