New offerings include tours that provide insights into local life, visits to craft workshops, carpet-weaving, pottery and gold embroidery masterclasses, musical instrument-making workshops, family-run guest houses, vineyards, knife-making workshops, and mahallas specialising in floriculture. The listings also feature unique attractions, including an ancient well in the Khorezm Oasis with a history dating back approximately 3,000 years. To date, more than 150 tourism products from Uzbekistan have been registered on the platform.

Earlier, as part of the Gastro Marketplace project, a training video was produced to help local residents and tourism industry representatives register their offerings on GetYourGuide independently. Today, this guide is used not only by gastronomic entrepreneurs but also by representatives of other tourism sectors, artisans and family-business owners, enabling them to offer their services directly to an international audience without intermediaries.

Listing local tourism products on the platform allows international travellers to discover Uzbekistan’s culture, traditional crafts and heritage more closely, while providing local residents with an additional source of income.
