Entrepreneurs in Karakalpakstan and Khorezm briefed on tourism support measures and how to access them

During the meetings, representatives of businesses were given presentations on certification procedures and the proper conduct of inspections. Participants were briefed on amendments to the relevant standards, updates to the certification process, the areas of activity of the Centre, as well as measures to attract international hotel brands to Uzbekistan, increase the number of classified hotels and improve the quality of hotel services.
The open dialogue format provided representatives of the hotel industry with an opportunity to raise issues of concern. Particular attention was paid to the provision of subsidies, the application of support measures announced by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the sixth Open Dialogue with entrepreneurs, as well as opportunities for obtaining loans.
Similar Open Dialogue meetings are being held successively in all regions of the country. The next meetings will take place in Bukhara Region and other regions.
