The participants also exchanged views on developing new tourism routes and products.
As part of the event, the Karachi delegation explored the tourism potential of Samarkand Region. The guests visited the Imam Bukhari Complex and the Imam Bukhari Innovation Museum, where they learned about the architectural features of the complex and modern exhibitions dedicated to the rich scholarly legacy of the prominent Islamic scholar.
The meeting marked an important step towards expanding practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Pakistan in tourism, increasing mutual tourist flows and promoting new tourism products.
