Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The event is organized by the Association of cooks of Uzbekistan with the support of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Official recognition by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) strengthens the international status of the championship and ensures the application of internationally recognized principles for culinary competitions, professional ethics, transparent judging and international cooperation.

As one of Central Asia’s leading culinary and gastronomic events, the championship provides a broad platform for showcasing professional expertise, creativity and modern industry practices. Experienced chefs from different countries, young talents, students, instructors, national and professional teams, representatives of educational institutions, as well as tourism and hospitality professionals will take part in the event.

The competition is open to professional chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, fruit and vegetable carving artists, culinary artists, as well as young chefs, students, national and regional teams, corporate teams and representatives of industry organizations.

The main objectives of the championship are to enhance professional skills and encourage continuous development in the culinary arts, expand the exchange of knowledge and experience, internationalize culinary education, create opportunities for young professionals to develop their careers and gain international experience, and promote Uzbekistan’s national culinary heritage worldwide.
