The Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is among the organizations that fully achieved the key targets set by the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy in the first half of 2026

It is important to note that these achievements are not merely figures on paper, but are translating into real growth in international tourist arrivals, the creation of new jobs and increased revenues for the regions.
In particular, from January to June this year:
🔹 6.6 million international tourists visited Uzbekistan;
🔹 tourism services exports amounted to US$2.8 billion;
🔹 more than 13.4 million domestic trips were made under the “Travel Around Uzbekistan” program;
🔹 the number of accommodation facilities reached 7,364, with a total capacity of 202,300 beds;
🔹 the number of tourist villages across the regions reached 48;
🔹 97 projects with a total value of US$200.2 million were launched, creating 2,134 new jobs;
🔹 the number of international hotel brands reached 31.
These achievements provide a solid foundation for fulfilling the targets set for the remainder of the year. The Committee will continue its work in these areas through the end of the year.
