Built on a 40-hectare site, the modern resort features a 160-bed hotel, comfortable guest rooms in various categories, indoor and outdoor swimming pools designed for year-round use, a SPA and wellness centre, modern medical and preventive treatment facilities, as well as landscaped walking areas. The complex is capable of welcoming and providing high-quality services to up to 500 guests per day. Its opening has also created 150 permanent jobs.
As part of the project, a 4-kilometre access road leading to the resort was asphalted, and a modern bridge was constructed to improve accessibility. Particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability: more than 50,000 ornamental trees and shrubs were planted throughout the complex. To support landscaping, a water supply system was installed, bringing water from a natural spring located 15 kilometres away, complemented by a modern drip irrigation system.
The opening ceremony was attended by regional and district government officials, representatives of the tourism industry, and members of the local community.
Speakers at the event noted that the implementation of modern tourism projects of this kind plays an important role in strengthening the region’s tourism potential, expanding the service sector, creating new employment opportunities, and making a significant contribution to economic development and improving the well-being of local communities.
