Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Under a Government Resolution, the Administrative Regulation on the Provision of the State Service for Reimbursing Expenses Related to the Construction and Commissioning of New Modern Swimming Pools has been approved.

Entrepreneurs planning to build modern swimming pools are now eligible to receive reimbursement of up to 50 percent of the costs associated with the construction and commissioning of the facility, up to a maximum of UZS 100 million.

As part of this state support programme, subsidies will be granted for the construction and commissioning of the first 100 modern swimming pools put into operation between 1 February 2026 and 1 January 2028.

To qualify for the subsidy, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

 have no outstanding tax liabilities or other mandatory payments;

 not be undergoing reorganization or liquidation;

 not have its business activities suspended in accordance with the legislation;

 not have been declared insolvent by a court decision.

Applications may be submitted either through the Public Services Centre or electronically via the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz) to the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The application must be accompanied by:

 a copy of the design documentation for the swimming pool construction project;

 a copy of the construction contract covering the construction and commissioning of the facility;

 electronic documents confirming payments made under the construction contract.

Once the Tourism Committee approves the reimbursement, the subsidy funds will be transferred to the applicant's bank account within 10 working days.
