Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The event was organized to encourage the participation of women returning from abroad and labor migration in the tourism industry, support their economic reintegration, and promote women's entrepreneurship. The seminar brought together representatives of relevant government agencies, tourism entrepreneurs, and women who had returned from working abroad.

During the seminar, participants emphasized that increasing women's economic participation and creating new employment opportunities for women in the service and tourism sectors remain among the government's key policy priorities.

Participants received detailed information on the government support measures available to women planning to establish tourism-related businesses, including existing incentives, procedures for obtaining subsidies and preferential loans, and the legal framework governing tourism entrepreneurship. Experienced business owners also presented successful case studies and shared practical insights from implementing tourism projects.
