The project envisions transforming Maidanak into a modern, year-round tourist destination. Construction work is progressing steadily, alongside the development of hotels and recreational facilities, engineering and utility infrastructure, as well as transport and visitor services.

Particular emphasis is being placed on creating modern and comfortable conditions for visitors, improving the quality of tourism services, and expanding opportunities for adventure sports and outdoor recreation. At the same time, preserving the area's natural beauty and maintaining its ecological balance remain top priorities.

In the long term, Maidanak is expected to become one of the country's leading destinations not only for mountain and adventure tourism, but also for winter sports, family holidays, ecotourism, active travel, and adventure experiences. The implementation of the project will further strengthen the tourism potential of the Kashkadarya Region, create new jobs, attract investment, and contribute to the region's sustainable economic growth.
