The museum’s renewed exhibition, designed using advanced interactive and multimedia technologies, introduces visitors to the history of Uzbekistan from the earliest civilizations to the present day. Among the exhibits are unique archaeological discoveries, displays dedicated to the Great Silk Road, outstanding historical figures, and the key milestones in the country’s development.
A section of the exhibition is dedicated to Uzbekistan’s achievements since gaining independence, the country's current stage of development, and the large-scale reforms implemented between 2016 and 2026. Visitors are introduced to the profound transformations taking place across various sectors of public life within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy. The exhibition also illustrates how these achievements are laying the foundation for the Third Renaissance, one of the nation's key strategic aspirations.
The renovated museum is set to become an important part of Tashkent’s cultural tourism routes, offering both international and domestic visitors an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Uzbekistan’s history, traditions, and centuries-old heritage.
