All necessary engineering and communication infrastructure will be installed in the tourist zone, including electric power, drinking and wastewater systems, internet access, and road networks. The operational period of the zone is set at 30 years, with the possibility of further extension.
The zone’s infrastructure will include pedestrian and bicycle paths, electric vehicle charging stations, helicopter landing pads, zipline and selfie areas, tourist and service facilities, as well as retail spaces for souvenirs and food products.
To develop tourism services, raspberry gardens and service facilities will be created in the Vodil agrotourism cluster. In the Yazyavan area near the Central Fergana Reservoir, new jobs, raspberry plantations, and processing workshops will be established. Along the Shohimardon–Yordon and Yordon–Dugoba routes, projects for modern cable cars, suspension bridges, and ziplines will be implemented.
Special attention in the zone will be given to safety and environmental protection, including riverbank reinforcement, construction of sewage networks, gas and electricity supply systems, as well as mini and micro solar power plants.
The implementation of this initiative will allow the tourism potential of the Fergana district to be fully realized, create modern tourism infrastructure, generate new jobs, and significantly increase the investment attractiveness of the region.
