Uzbekistan and Tajikistan strengthen tourism cooperation at TITF–2025

As part of the 30th Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road” (TITF), a working meeting was held with Jamshed Jumakhonzoda, Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development of Tajikistan.
The parties discussed current areas of bilateral cooperation, including the development of joint tourist routes, facilitation of travel between the two countries, promotion of the region as a unified tourism destination, and the expansion of collaboration between private tourism companies.
Special attention was given to personnel training, experience exchange, and coordination of efforts within international tourism events.
Following the talks, both sides reaffirmed their readiness to continue active engagement and launch new projects aimed at increasing mutual tourist flows and strengthening cooperation in the tourism sector.
